School Concert 2024 - Moana Jnr
Concert Dates
Monday 16th September

Shows begin at 7pm
 
All students to attend both nights.
 
If your family is attending Moana Jnr for one performing night only, your child still needs to be dropped off at the Clocktower theatre the second night.
TIP- a good idea is to arrange a carpool with another family.

Concert night drop off and pick up
Information regarding staggered sign in times
  • On concert nights please sign your child in at your allocated time. 
These are suggested so we avoid congestion in the foyer.
  • Families with surnames starting with  A – H …. 5:45pm
  • Families with surnames starting with  I – P …… 6:00pm
  • Families with surnames starting with  Q – Z…… 6:15pm
  • Sign your child out at the end of the night (approx. finishing time 9:00pm). 

PLEASE NOTE:  When collecting your child at the end of the night, please move out of the foyer promptly. To avoid, congestion, parents that have picked up younger siblings and are waiting for older children to come down to the foyer, please wait in the seated café area to allow the foyer to be clear.  The Clocktower Centre have requested that we exit year levels at a time.  We will be starting with the Foundation students.

DVD Order
The concert DVD is a great gift for friends and family members unable to attend and also a lovely keepsake for your family. Many families love having a movie night watching their child on the small screen!
DVD order envelopes have been handed out to the eldest in the family. The price is $40 for a USB of both nights.
We will take orders for DVD’s until the last day of Term Three. Please see the office if another order form is required.

Car Parking at the Clocktower Centre
Parking is available in the surrounding areas but please keep an eye on time limits and remember that parking conditions can change.

Limited free parking is available opposite the Clocktower Centre but these spaces fill up quickly.
Please allow ample time before the performance to find a park.
 
What to wear to the Clocktower
Students
  • Arrive at theatre wearing school uniform (ensuring students are easily identifiable to staff during sign in and sign out). Please make sure your child's uniform is clearly marked including pants and t-shirt.

Patrons
  • Neat casual dress
